Terms and Conditions

Ordering & Wholesale Agreement

  1. By placing this transaction, you are claiming that the purchase of said items are for the sole purpose of resale and are directly related to your form of business.
  2. If the items you wish to purchase are for personal use, you must complete your transaction separately through our retail website: stampington.com.
  3. All new wholesale accounts must supply a copy of their resale permit and business license prior to approval. You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy.
  4. Online orders do not guarantee your shipment's arrival date, especially when pre-ordering publications that have not yet been released. Please contact us directly, if you require goods for a specific date or event:

Prices

  1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  2. Wholesale prices are 50% off the suggested retail price.
     
 

Order Minimums

  1. Magazines: minimum of four (4) for each current issue.
  2. Special Themed Publications and One Time Releases: minimum of four (4) per title.
  3. Stamps: minimum of two (2) each per design or set.
  4. Artist Papers: minimum of (2) each per pack.
  5. Washi Tapes: minimum of four (4) rolls per design.
  6. Clip Art CDs: minimum of four (4) per volume.
     
 

Payment Terms

  1. NET 30 Guaranteed: NET 30 GTD terms are extended to wholesale customers who guarantee payment with a credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Credit card will be charged for the outstanding balance without notice if payment is not made within 30 days. Since this option for payment is based on a promise to pay via check or money order within 30 days, it will not be considered the same as credit card terms. If credit card is charged more than two times, the terms will be changed to credit card upon the third charge
  2. Credit Card: Orders will be billed to your credit card at the time of shipment. COD is not available.
     
 

Insufficient Funds/Collections

  1. Returned Checks: Checks that are returned to us for insufficient funds (NSF) or closed accounts will be charged a $25.00 service fee. Further, the Publisher will have the right to exercise all rights available pursuant to California Civil Code 1817, including the right to treble damages. If an account is past due we reserve the right to place that account on credit hold and pull future orders without notice and no further advertising will be accepted until the account is brought to a current balance.
  2. Third Party Collections: Publisher reserves the right to hold advertiser/agency/store owner liable for payments due. If collection efforts become necessary, advertiser/agency/store owner is responsible for paying all resulting fees charged to the publisher as well as any resulting interest as charged by a third party collection agency and/or Attorney including all court costs and Attorney fees. Publisher reserves the right to pull advertisement in the event an account should become delinquent.
     
 

Shipping and Handling

  1. Orders (other than Autoship) will be shipped within three (3) to six (6) business days from receipt of order during regular season. Peak season may take from five (5) to ten (10) business days. If your order requires special handling, please note that on your order. We will make all efforts to accommodate your request. Rush order requests will incur an additional handling fee of $10.00.
  2. To ensure your order ships in a timely manner, we do not process back orders and make every effort to ship your order complete.
  3. We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (we use the most efficient method, depending on the size of your order and delivery location). If you elect to have us ship with USPS, it is at your own risk. The shipping charge reflected on your invoice is our cost from UPS or USPS and is calculated by weight and shipping destination. Please Note: the page count may vary on certain issues of magazines; therefore, the freight charge may differ from issue to issue, even if you are receiving the same quantities. A $5.00 handling fee will be charged on all international orders.

Risk of damage or loss of product in transit is the buyer's responsibility. You must notify the carrier within 5 days to make a claim.

 

Returns and Damages

  1. Returns are accepted on any products that are defective.
  2. All returns must be submitted with a Return Authorization form. You may obtain one by contacting customer service via email wholesale@stampington.com or phone (877) 782-6737.
 

Magazines:

We accept returns on all of our magazines after six (6) months from the publication date; magazines two (2) years or older are not returnable. Magazines that are returned before six (6) months will automatically be charged the 50% restocking fee if they are in acceptable condition as a return.

  1. All returns must be shipped via traceable means, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. We are not responsible for lost items returned without a tracking number.
  2. You must return magazines intact and in resalable condition, without price stickers, in order to avoid a restocking fee and to receive a 100% refund/credit. If magazines arrive in damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and we will not return the magazines to you. If we accept the compromised condition of the return, we will charge a 50% restocking fee for the poor condition. Please note that magazines may become damaged in transit. Appropriate packaging is highly recommended with plastic wrap and/or cushioning materials.
  3. Stampington & Company will not be liable for magazines damaged in transit. You will be responsible for filing a claim with your carrier if magazines are delivered to Stampington & Company in poor condition.
  4. Do not remove covers. We do not give credit for covers or magazines that are returned without covers.
 

Stamps, Washi Tapes, and Artist Papers:

We do not accept returns on stamps, washi tapes, and artist papers unless items are defective. Defective stamps, washi tapes, and artist papers must be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit.

 

Change of Address

Please notify us in writing of any address changes prior to shipment of new orders. If you are on the AutoShip program, we must receive notice of address changes the first week, two (2) months prior to the publication release date. For example, if the publication is released in July, you must notify us no later than the first week in May. If we receive notice after your shipment has been sent and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the initial freight to the incorrect address and the reshipment costs.
